We are a Military family and where stationed in VA when we decided to sell our PA house. I found and contacted Brenda online. nWe then communicated with email, phone and text. We were able to put it on the market in Dec 2016! I can't tell you how hard it is to sell with tenants and in the middle of winter. nBrenda worked hard on advertising and setting up online showings that kept me informed each step of the way. nWe had ups and down like anyone would and a few snags, but we found a buyer and negociated a price. Closing date was right on time and fast. nIf I could just say being a first time seller I wish more was explained a little better in English not realtor form. Most people don't understand that language and forms and process. nOverall She was great to work with and funny! :) nThank you for all your hard work!
